What are the shipping costs?

We deliver all order from € 100 free of charge.

How does the refund work

Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded to your chosen payment method. The shipping costs for your return will be charged with 10€ and deducted from your refund.

Do I have to pay customs duty?

No. We want to give you the best shopping experience, so we take care of that. So you don't have to pay more than the prices listed on our site, because that includes everything from shipping to taxes.

My product is damaged, what should I do?

If you really receive a defective product, we will of course check the matter! Please send us a picture of the damaged product to info@teneightyshop.com so that we can find a solution together.

How does the return shipment work?
